AIM 2023 Annual Conference

Call for Abstracts

Guidelines:

  • Abstracts are limited to 500 words and must strictly follow submission site formatting
  • Original papers must be IRB approved / Case reports require patient consent
  • Author must be present to be eligible to receive award
  • Previously published Abstracts from other conferences will not be eligible for submission
  • Abstracts will be published in the International Journal of Academic Medicine

If selected for Conference presentation, the author must:

  • Register for the AIM 2023 Conference, including attendance dues
  • Must be present for live Q&A in order to be eligible for awards

Awards will be presented based on the following criteria:

  • most impactful
  • most innovative
  • best medical student presentation
  • best resident presentation
  • best overall abstract presentation

Award Recipients will receive complimentary registration to the 2024 ACAIM Conference.

Schedule for submission:

  • Abstract Submission Portal Closes: June 12th, 2023
  • Presenter Notifications: June 26th, 2023
  • ACAIM Conference Begins: July 14th, 2023
  • Abstract Presentations: June 16th, 2023
